Please use the downloadable order form wherever possible. This will ensure that your request is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders may be sent by post, fax on non CoalSearchPlus+ forms if necessary, however, in order to progress your request efficiently please include the following information with the order :-

• Property address to be reported upon including postcode where known.
• Where possible a plan showing the location and extent of the property and land for which the search is requested. If a plan is not included the report will be compiled from the assumed location of the property based upon the address information provided.
• Indication if the property is commercial or residential(see services for definition of residential and commercial searches).
• Indication if development of the property or land is intended.
• The name and address of the organisation or individual placing the order for the property search.
Payment in the form of a cheque payable to David Bellis Consulting Surveyors should be included with all reports unless an account has been arranged in advance with CoalSearchPlus+. Contact us to discuss accounts and payment options.
